I run with music. For me, great music during a good run equals much enjoyment. Having said that, there’s nothing worse than being in your groove and having a terrible song come through your headphones. The momentum that you have gained instantly vanishes when the Biebs starts whispering sweet nothings to your ears. (That’s me also admitting that the Biebs has made a few of my music playlists. No shame.) It’s painful, but humorous. Searching the web, one can find countless “great running playlists” compiled by many with diverse tastes in music. You know what you don’t find? People touting terrible running playlists. Until now.

While on a run the other evening, I decided that I needed to develop such list. I don’t expect you to load this playlist into your device, but I do hope it makes you laugh.
